Эта проблема может быть вызвана новой заставкой в The Bat! версии 8.
Добавьте, пожалуйста, в ярлык следующий параметр командной строки: /nologo
Обратите внимание на пробел после второго "
Пример "C:\Program Files\The Bat!\thebat64.exe" /nologo
И лучше всего устанавливайте The Bat! не в системную папку Program Files, а лучше просто в корень диска С. Чтобы не было никаких проблем с правами.
