Internet Download Manager (IDM) - программа для загрузки файлов из интернета. В зависимости от качества канала самостоятельно определяет метод загрузки файла (во сколько потоков его скачивать), причём число сегментов, на который делится файл, при изменении качества канала может динамически изменяться.
