* Added - Auto Mask Fine Tolerance brush effect added with 100x the sensitivity of the original Auto Mask Tolerance brush effect.
* Improved - Drawing tablets (or Tablet PCs) without tablet drivers will start the stroke at the correct place.
* Improved - When editing brushes in the Brush Effects panel don't bring the Brush Control dialog on top.
* Fixed - The Quick Commands, Lum + 1, Lum + 3, Lum -1 and Lum - 3 were not working.
