только правда даже с ключиком она потом требует активации 
так что видимо лучшее что есть это 39ая - retail

Если стояла ACDSee удалить, а потом:
1. Запустить русификатор до инструкции (ГДЕ КОДЫ), русификатор не закрывать;
2. Запустить установку ACDSee, ключ взять из русификатора;
3. Дождаться установки ACDSee, но не запускать;
4. Продолжить русификацию.
