Это portable версия с турецкого сайта.
В принципе, нормально работающая. Если просто открыть файл - подправить - сохранить. Без триальных ограничений. Но, как и у большинства portable, у неё проблемы с интеграцией в систему. Точнее, полное отсутствие интеграции.
А с другой стороны, зато устанавливать не надо и хвостов не оставляет.

При первом запуске интерфейс турецкий.
Чтобы переключиться на более привычный (у кого проблемы с языком ), надо выбрать второй справа раздел меню (Seзenekler), затем, второй сверху (Dil Seзenekleri), а там - на свой вкус.

P.S. Хотелось бы найти обычную версию. Которую надо устанавливать. С регистрацией, разумеется.
