Fex fixes in Russan translation.
Fixed and issue with pasting content onto rotated page: now selection frame will be placed in correct position and it will be possible to select it. Same with copying content from rotated page.
Combine pages is improved for pages with different width of crop rectangle.
An issue with installing local port monitor should be resolved. More detailed error description should be provided in case of possible problem.
