SIW – продвинутый инструмент для Windows, который анализирует ваш компьютер и собирает детальную информацию о настройках и возможностях системы, и далее отображает её очень удобным для чтения способом.
SIW может создать файл-отчет (в форматах CSV, HTML, TXT или XML). Программа также работает в пакетном режиме (для проверки компьютера – проверка программного обеспечения и оборудования, активных приложений, управление программными лицензиями, аудит безопасности, управление конфигурацией серверов).

Компактная программа, выдающая подробные данные об аппаратных средствах компьютера, установленном на нем программном обеспечении, а также сетевую информацию. По своим возможностям SIW аналогичен популярной программе Everest, но, в отличие от нее, компактен, бесплатен (при некоммерческом использовании) и при этом содержит в себе несколько дополнительных утилит - для удаленного выключения\перезагрузки рабочей станции, взлома пароля Windows 9x, смены MAC-адреса сетевого устройства и некоторые другие.
SIW не требует установки и поэтому может быть размещен не только на жестком диске компьютере, но и любом сменном носителе, включая дискету.
Интерфейс - многоязычный; работает на любой Windows-платформе, включая 64-битную.
