daschcam viewer

hello, i'm french and new in this forum.
i downloaded daschcam viewer and installed on my computer.
when i open the soft and open a video , i have the message that the soft can't open video because this is not a zetronix files...

and when daschcam was open, the name is zetronix viewer and not daschcam viewer.

what was the problem ?? and solution of course !!!!
