Вышла новая версия популярного оконного менеджера — fluxbox 0.9.14.
В последнем релизе fluxbox появились локали uk_UA, be_BY, el_GR, добавлены две опции для titlebar, переделаны опции фокусировки (ими стали MouseFocus, ClickFocus, MouseTabFocus и ClickTabFocus), утилита bsetroot переименована в fbsetroot, улучшена работа со шрифтами (в т.ч. появились новые возможности в стилях), исправлены некоторые действия.

Что нового:
- параметр конфига - session.styleOverlay: ~/.fluxbox/overlay - позволяет форсировать определённые настройки независимо от стиля, например - шрифты
- можно прописывать обои прямо в файл темы
- новый режим изменения размера окон - center
- заголовки окон теперь меняются новыми параметрами темы - session.screen.titlebar.left и session.screen.titlebar.right
- обновлены некоторые переводы

Что исправлено:
- проблемы сборки GCC 4.1
- лишние бэкслеши перед скобками в конфигах
- приложения с сохранёнными настройками растягивались по вертикали
- fbsetbg не создавал файл ~/.fluxbox/lastwallpaper
- некоторые проблемы с fbgm в Gentoo
- проблемы линковки Cygwinом
- исправлены застревающие иконки
- исправлены некоторые утечки памяти - исправлен _net_wm_state_hidden

Сегодня Henrik Kinnunen, главный разработчик Fluxbox, сообщил о выходе новой версии оконного менеджера Fluxbox -- 1.0rc
Из самых значимых изменений стоит отметить возврат к внешним табам (как было в 0.1.14), улучшенная поддержка EWMH, а также множество исправленных багов. Также сообщается о полной поддержке UTF8 и, хочется надеяться, что проблем с кодировками больше не возникнет.
